30-Year-Old Jersey City Man Charged with DWI

On February 2 around 7 p.m., a 30-year-old Jersey City man suspected of PCP intoxication crashed his car into vehicles at the City Line Plaza parking lot in Bayonne, police said. Police said he could barely stand without leaning on his car. The man was taken to Bayonne Medical Center, where he consented to a blood test. The man was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and failure to wear a seatbelt.

School bus driver pleads guilty to DUI in New Jersey

A southern New Jersey forty-eight-year-old school bus driver has pleaded guilty for driving drunk with 25 students on board. She has also pleaded guilty for child endangerment. On 28^th October, Burlington County prosecutors said the plea agreement calls for defendant to receive a 3-year prison term when she was sentenced in January.
