Are You Arrested for DWI in New Jersey?

If your blood alcohol level is greater than 0.08%, then you are likely to be charged with DWI. You may face heavy fines and several months of imprisonment. You might also lose your driving privileges for several months

If you receive more DWI charges, then you may be registered as a DWI offender. This can cause your insurance provider to decide that you are a high-risk driver, and raise your insurance premiums.
